Office Administrator

Job Objective:

Managing client relations and performs administrative duties for management.

Responsibilities include answering telephone calls, preparing reports, client relations, receiving and directing visitors, managing the company’s lobby area, data entry, word processing and filing.

Requires computer skills; to include but not limited to, the use of data entry, word processing and spreadsheet software.

This position calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities and the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff as well as outside clients.

Assist other administrative staff with overflow work.

Qualifications:

  • Must be available to work weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.
  • Basic computer skills
  • The ability to work in and maintain an organized office
  • A friendly, pleasant and personable demeanor

South Campus: 10880 KY Highway 44, Mt. Washington, KY 40047

Salary Range:

$10.00 - $13.00 per hour based on skill level

Terms of Employment:

  • All employees are subject to background checks and drug testing
  • Part-time employment only
