How many spots are available?

We have 30 spots available for each session. This is a very popular program, so register as early as possible.

Do we need to bring anything?

You should plan to bring a pillow and/or sleeping bag for movie time.

How much is Parents Night Out?

The cost per session is $40.00 for the first child and $30 for each additional child.

Do you offer a sibling discount?

Yes, at our Mt. Washington (South) location the second child is ½ off.

What are the age requirements?

Children must be at least 4 years old to attend.

What do you provide for the kids to eat and drink?

We provide cheese pizza and a juice box for dinner. If the child has allergies they may bring their own food to eat.

How can we pay for a session?

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover credit/debit cards in person and over the phone. You may also register online and pay with the above mentioned credit cards. We do not accept checks. You may also pay with cash in person.

How do you ensure the safety of the kids?

We require children to be signed in at the beginning and end of the night. At sign-in you may list who will be picking the children up. We go over the student rules of Parent's Night Out three times with the children. Head counts are taken at least 4 times throughout the night. Our doors are kept locked from 6:30pm - 9:45pm so no one can enter or exit the facility without our knowledge.

What do the kids need to wear?

Most often both boys and girls will wear shorts or sweat pants and t-shirts. However, if the girls want, they may wear a leotard. Just make sure that the clothes are very comfortable. The kids will be doing a lot of playing.

What time should we arrive?

We ask that you drop your child(ren) off as close to 6pm as possible to minimize confusion and maximize enjoyment. Please be prepared to wait with your child if you arrive before 6pm.

How many coaches will be supervising the session?

3 coaches will be on staff to supervise and play with children.

What is your cancellation policy?

We must receive cancellation notice within 24 hours of the session start time in order for a full refund.

How long is a Parents Night Out session?

Our sessions run 4 hours in length, from 6pm - 10pm.

Please call the gym to let us know you'll be late with as much notice as possible.
