Girls Gymnastics 1.0: This 50 minute class is an entry point into the Girls's Gymnastics program.

Girls Gymnastics 1.5: This 1 hour & 25 minute class is an intermediate program that prepares girls for the skills necessary to progress on to more advanced gymnastics and routines.

Girls Gymnastics 2.0: This is a 1 hour & 55 minute class that continues to incorporate new skills while teaching students the routines they will use to participate in a fun, non-competitive gymnastics meet.
